About Role

We’re looking for a BizDev Manager who can identify, negotiate, and scale high-value business opportunities across partners, products, and markets. You should be strong in communication, confident in commercial discussions, and focused on measurable growth outcomes. You will work closely with leadership, marketing, and operations to build partnership pipelines, launch strategic initiatives, and improve revenue performance through structured business development processes.

Who We Need

  • Proven background in high-risk traffic operations in roles such as BizDev Manager, Affiliate Manager, or Sales Manager.
  • Strong working knowledge of PPC, ASO, Facebook, and influencer traffic in high-risk verticals.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on team experience in performance environments.
  • Established advertiser network in the CPA niche and deep understanding of how this market operates.
  • Readiness for frequent business travel, including international conferences and industry events.
  • Fluent English for negotiations, presentations, and partner communications.

What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with direct advertisers and affiliate programs in high-risk verticals, improving deal terms with both new and existing partners.
  • Partner with media buying teams to support traffic growth: launch and validate new hypotheses, track volume and quality, and monitor turnover dynamics.
  • Represent the company at international CPA conferences and strengthen market presence across both online and offline channels.
  • Research untapped geographies and vertical opportunities that match the next stage of company expansion.
  • Analyze competitor funnels, identify working mechanics, and convert findings into improved internal processes.
  • Maintain and evolve the CRM system, including automation flows aligned with team operations.
